Function Designation: Financial Management and Administration Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities

1)       Ensures effective implementation of the financial management, and procedures in accordance with GIZ (PuR) as well as specific standards procedures defined by GIZ Pakistan or the program

2)      Dealing with all questions arising in the area of finance, accounting, from country office and HQ

3)      Coordinates the finance of the project

4)      Supports the Senior Admin & Finance Officer and Head of Projects in preparation of budgets, financial documents, reports, milestone planning and operational planning

5)      Checks vouchers, invoices, job requests

6)      Implements and disseminates new policies, rules/regulations, and guidelines, etc. relating to financial procedures

Qualifications & Experience

1)       Masters’ in business administration, economics, finance or any other relevant field

2)      At least 5 years’ professional experience in a comparable position
