Refugee Management Support Programme (RMSP) 

Since 2009, the German Federal Foreign Office (AA) is bilaterally supporting the programme, which is supporting the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees (SSAR). The Refugee Management Support Programme (RMSP) on behalf of GIZ aims to contribute to the SSAR by implementing projects in the refugee hosting communities and enhancing the management capacity of the Ministry of SAFRON, the CCAR and CARs on refugee matters. 

Key Responsibilities

1)       Safely and responsibly performing all official travel using official vehicles

2)       Managing, maintaining and driving bullet proof vehicle of GIZ Quetta office 

3)       Exercising safety and security measures while driving especially bullet proof vehicle    

4)       Regularly servicing and looking after official vehicles

5)       Performing general logistics duties i.e. filing, inventory, messenger service and small procurement at the level of Quetta office

6)       Taking account of all available information on road conditions, accessible routes and locations

7)       Running official errands and assisting with other office work

8)       Maintaining accurately a logbook of all resource and personnel movements in his/her assigned vehicle

Qualifications & Experience

1)       Secondary school education

2)       Holds a valid driver’s licence

3)       Training on armoured vehicle driving

4)       At least 10 years’ work experience as a driver with references

5)       Around 3 years experiences in driving bullet proof vehicles with high officials

6)       Experience in assisting administrative affairs for at least 3 years
