Master's degree with First division in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration from an HEC recognized University/ Institution or Chartered Accountant.

Master's degree or equivalent with First division from an HEC recognized University/
Institution.
Assistant Provost (BPS-17)
Master's degree or equivalent with First division from an HEC recognized University/

Master's degree or equivalent with First division from an HEC recognized University Institution.

Assistant Director Sports (BPS-17)
Master's degree or equivalent with First division in Health and Physical Education from
an HEC recognized University/ Institution.
Procurement Officer (BPS-17)
Master's degree or equivalent with First division preferably in supply-chain
management from an HEC recognized University/ Institution.
PS to Vice Chancellor (BPS-17)
Master's degree / LLB with 05 years’ experience of Stenographic / Secretarial /
Administrative work or 2" class graduate with 10 years’ experience in stenographic Secretarial / Administrative Work.
Programmer (BPS-17)
(For Exam Section)
MSc in Computer Science / BCS / BIT (Sixteen Years of Education in first division from
an HEC recognized University / Institution. Experienced persons willbe preferred.
Transport Officer (BPS-17)
1st class master's degree from an HEC recognized University/institution with three
years’ experience of working in the similar capacity in a university or government organization.
Assistant Librarian (BPS-17)
Master's degree or equivalent in Library & Information Sciences in 1° Division from a
recognized University/DAI.
Litigation Officer (BPS-17)
First division LLB from an HEC recognized University/ Institution with three years'
relevant experience.
Assistant Director IT (BPS-17)
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/IT or in the relevant field with First
division from an HEC recognized University/ Institution.

www.uoch.edu.pk and also available at the Office of the University Registrar, along with the prescribed non-refundable application(s)
processing fee in the form of Bank Receipt/Demand Draft/ Online in the Bank of Khyber Islamic Banking Branch Chew Bazar Branch Chitral.
Account No. 01373001457631 in the favor of the University Treasurer as per following details:-
i. Rs. 3000/- (non-refundable) for BPS-19-20.
ii. Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) for BPS-17.
. The applicant(s) should submit attested copies of all degrees, diplomas, certificates etc. with 02 recentpassport size photographs.
. Candidate(s) serving in the Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Institutions should route their application(s) through proper channel and must provide No Objection Certificate from the employer(s) before the closing date of applications.
. The application(s) along with all aforementioned attachments should reach the Meetings & Records Section of the University of Chitral by
Monday March 28, 2022.
. The candidate(s) having a Foreign Degree/Certificate shall provide an Equivalency Certificate from HEC/IBCC before the closing date of applications, as the case may be.
Incomplete application(s) or application(s) received after the closing date will not be entertained.
. Separate application shall be submitted for each post.
. The eligibility of a candidate shall be determined on the basis of data /qualifications and experience(s) provided till the closing date of submission of the application. Legal action may be taken if any documentis found fake.
Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates issued by the HEC recognized Universities/ Institutions and Government recognized Boards will be
acceptable.
Only eligible candidates will be called for the test; further, shortlisted candidates will be called for the interviewas per rules.
Merit for selection will be determined/made as per the University of Chitral relevantrules.

The University reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel any or all the posts advertised herein without assigning any reason.
Candidates who had already applied against the above positions in response to our Advertisements No. UoCh/Adv/38-21 and No.
UoCh/Adv/01-22 need NOT apply again. However, they are required to update their CVs if any changes have taken place in their academic
qualifications or experience in the intervening period.
