Applications are invited for the following vacancy at PIC-MTI, Peshawar as per the following conditions:


ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS:


Position: Hospital Administrative Officer 


Qualification: 

MBA/MPA/MPH/MHA from an HEC Recognized University or institute.

Experience:

03 Years of experience in Hospital Administration / Management in a reputed healthcare facility.


Position:

Radiation Protection Officer

Qualification:

Masters Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Radiology (16 Years of Education) from an HEC

recognized university.


Experience:

01 year of post-qualification practical experience in radiology from a public or private

sector reputable institution.


Position:

Quality Assurance Officer

Qualification:

Bachelors/ Master's Degree having completed (16 years Education) from an HEC

recognized University.

Experience:

01 Year of post-qualification relevant experience in a reputed hospital.

Preference:

Preference will be given to those candidates having served in a JCI accredited facility or

international Certification in Healthcare Quality.


Position: 

Supervisor Outpatient Services

Qualification:

MBBS/ MHA/ MPH/ MPA/ MBA or its equivalent (16 years of education) from an HEC

recognized university.

Experience:

01 year of post-qualification experience of hospital administration’ OPD’s/Ambulatory

Services in a reputed hospital.


Position:

Phlebotomist

Qualification:

Intermediate from recognized Board and institution.

Experience:

01 Year post-qualification relevant experience as Phlebotomist in a tertiary care hospital.

Preference:

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling indoor Phlebotomy.


Position:

Associate System Administrator

Qualification:

Bachelors in Computer Science or IT or Software Engineering or Telecommunication

(16 Years ) from an HEC recognized university.

Experience:

03 Years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputable public or private sector organization. Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, Virtualization, Firewall, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.

Hands-on expertise on hardware (Servers, Storages Devices, NAS, desktops, laptops,

UPS), and software's like Operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), applications

(Microsoft Office, Antivirus, Data migration tools etc.).

Preference:

Preference may be given to candidates having relevant international certificate like

MCSE or ITIL or CCNA or MikroTik Certification or having relevant hospital experience.


 Position: Associate Communication Administrator 

Qualification:

Bachelors in Computer Science Telecommunication (16 years of qualification) from an HEC recognized University.

Experience:

02 Years of post-qualification experience in similar role or as a PBX operator from a reputed public or private sector organizations.

Proficiency in managing mid-level IP unified communication systems, including analog,

Voice over IP, ISDN, and Call Center Operations. Establishing call coverage paths,

automatic call distribution groups (ACD), announcements, class of restriction (COR),

class of service (COS), paging, music-on-hold, authorization codes, numbering plan

changes, and system trunking.

Preference:

Preference may be given to candidates having healthcare experience.


CLINICAL POSITIONS:


Position: Assistant Professor ICU (Adult/Paediatric) 

Qualification & Experience:

Applicants must have FCPS in intensive care/Cardiac Surgery/ Cardiology, or MRCP specialty training in intensive care, or US Board certification in intensive care, CCT or other equivalent qualifications in the specialty recognized/registered by the PMC.

Preference will be given to applicants familiar with the latest techniques in intensive care

and 03 years experience working in a modern reputable state-of-the-art intensive care

unit.


Position: Consultant Infectious Disease

Qualification and Experience:

Applicants must have F.C.P.S in Internal Medicine with 01 year of post-qualification

experience in infection control preferably from a tertiary care hospital.


 Position: Trainee Registrar ICU


Qualification & Training:

a) MBBS or equivalent from University recognized by PMC with valid registration.

b) F.C.PS Part Il training completed in relevant speciality.

 


Position:Medical Officer ICU

Qualification:

a) MBBS or equivalent from University recognized by PMC with valid registration.

b) House Job Certificate

Experience:

01 Year post house job experience in respective speciality is required.


Position: Infection Control Nurse 

Qualification:

BSc. Nursing (Hons)/Post RN BSc.N/ Diploma in Nursing RN with midwifery or 1 Year

post basic speciality experience registered with Pakistan Nursing Council. 

Updated PNC Registration is mandatory.

Experience:

01 year post-qualification experience in Infection control/Prevention in a reputed hospital.

The service of the candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution

Reforms Act, 2015 including its amendments and Regulations of the institution.

Candidates should be eligible in all respects including qualification (Degree and Diploma), experience (only post-


qualification experience will be considered which is duly issued by either Administration / Human Resources or Establishment department of the institution concerned with proper references and date of issuance), age (calculated as on last day of the advertisement) before the closing date of the advertisement.


The following applications will be subjected to disqualification and will not be entertained:


a) Incomplete applications i.e. Missing Job Application Form, Missing or irregular experience certificates as

mentioned in serial 3, Missing Diploma or Degree as per requiremenvcriteria.


b) Late submission i.e. applications received after the due date.


c) Application received without processing fee shall not be entertained.


d) Candidates will be disqualified if found of any perjury in documentation/credentials at any stage of the process or

employment.


e) Attempts to influence any member of the recruiting committees.

g) Emails or by hand submissions will not be entertained.


h) Fora qualification to be valid, a degree is a must, the mere submission of a marks sheet/ Transcript/ DMC/course

completion certificate will lead to applications deemed incomplete and will, therefore, be rejected.


An application received after the closing time and date shall stand automatically rejected.


Candidate already in government service should apply through proper channel, along with NOC from the concerned


organization, clearly stating the length of service and other particulars.


Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
