Position: Chief Executive Officer

PRIMACO is registered with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan with a prime objective to ensure generation of maximum
income from investment in real estate. Our client is looking for an outstanding professional with exceptional entrepreneurial skills and
attributes for the position of Chief Executive Officer.

JOB PROFILE
The CEO will oversee the management of the company’s real estate portfolio and be responsible for the leadership and supervision of the company’s affairs in alignment of strategic objectives of the company and its mandate along with the guidelines approved by the Board.

Qualification:
Master's in Civil Engineering OR MBA with Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Masters in Construction Management /
Masters in Project Management or equivalent qualifications.

Experience: 
Minimum 15 years’ experience, preferably in
construction management and supervision/contract administration/ procurement/managing real estate.

Age Limit: 
The maximum age limit at the time of recruitment shall be 60 years.
GENERAL CONDITION
The appointment will be made for a period of 3 years.

Original attested / verified degrees from HEC shall be required at the time of interview.
