The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Position/ Job Title: Manager MIS & HR Analytics (AVP / VP)
Reporting to: Lead HR Business Partners
Academic /Professional Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University/ Institute.
Master's degree would be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 06 years of working experience preferably in Human Resource / Finance and / or Banking Experience in MIS/ Analytics woul be preferred.
Other Skills /Expertise/Knowledge Required:
Well versed with data mnanagement and dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Outline of Main Duties /Responsibilities:
To analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring
practices and employee turnover.
To prepare reports of data results along with presenting and explaining findings to
management for data driven decisions.
To create a solid database for the Division along with maintaining data consistency, accuracy and completeness.
To improve existing reporting standards by including dashboards and predictive analysis.
To partner with all stakeholders for data related to new hires, leavers, internal transfers, etc.
To liaise with all stakeholders for data analysis and maintain strong relationships with them.
To perform data quality reviews by applying quality measures to identify improvement areas.
To identify and recommend benchmarks for HR metrics.
To recommend areas of improvement, based on metrics and relevant analysis.
To maintain group wise staff details along with their headcount movement.
To ensure that each group remains within their approved headcount for the year.
To maintain record of organization-wide approved organograms.
To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
Assessment Interview(s)

Employment Type:
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
