Position: Chief People Officer (CPO)

 Qualification & Experience:

1. Masters Degree (MBA HAM or equivalent)

2. Above 15 years experience in hr including 5 years head of HR experience with MNCs or large-scale national companies.

 
Terms & Conditions:

1. Pay & Allowances: Market-based competitive package.

2. Tenure: The appointment will be made on CONTRACT basis initially for a period of Three (3) years, renewable on satisfactory performance by the Board of Directors GEPCO.
